The Courts and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles have been suspending citizens’ licenses to drive practically ever since the DMV began issuing driver’s licenses. It may be a situation where you have done something wrong or forgotten to do something or maybe the DMV has made a mistake. You may have had your license suspended for a short period of time or been declared a HABITUAL OFFENDER and lost your license for a long time.

For example, if you have been declared a Habitual Offender, Virginia law allows a Virginia Circuit Court to Order the DMV to grant you a license under many circumstances before the full time of suspension is up! The Court can Order that you get either full driving license back or perhaps a restricted license which can use get you back to work!
