Sara approaches each client with the mindset, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Her priority is to provide the client the best service. Sara considers it a privilege to be chosen by a client to assist him/her during one of the most difficult times in life, a divorce. Her desire is to protect the client’s relationship with his/her children and preserve the client’s finances. At the commencement of each case, Sara develops goals and strategies to accomplish the best possible outcome.

“Sara is an extremely competent and talented attorney. She represented me in a divorce case. Her research, attention to detail, and understanding of the specifics of my case was incredible. Her preparation and understanding of the laws and how they applied to my specific circumstances enabled her to argue my case in front of the judge with outstanding results. I was very pleased with her performance and the results she produced.”
“Sara will not disappoint you. I used her for two child custody cases (myself & boyfriend) and also a child support case. Sara was very professional and knew her stuff. She knows family law like the back of her hand. I have referred 3 other individuals who also won their cases. Sara will be very frank with you and will tell you the “real deal” of what could possibly happen even if it is bad or you don’t want to hear it. I valued her honesty because I knew she wasn’t wasting my money. I was never caught off guard because she always had me prepared. I love Sara and her rapport with other lawyers and judges is highly respected. She is fast on her feet and her integrity makes her a well known esteemed lawyer. I was proud to be a client of Sara’s.”
“I feel like a huge weight was lifted off of me since our court appearance… You were so prepared and knew exactly what to say to the judge to convince him to fairly decide the issues in my case. I can’t thank you enough but I wanted to send a quick note to again thank you, Karen, and Brenda for all the effort you put towards my case. This was a very hard time in my life and I know nobody really wins in a divorce but I credit all of you and the firm for helping me reach the fairest and best possible outcome for me in this matter. I’m so glad I chose you and The Hunter Law Firm team to represent & guide me thru this time in my life. I will highly recommend your firm to anyone I know who has a legal matter. Your professionalism, courtesy, and overall tight knit family-like feel is beyond compare. I’ve never been more satisfied with any service than with the service I’ve received from your firm.
When I first started this process I felt an extreme amount of guilt and I worried a lot about the effects the divorce would have on my children and on my future. With Mrs. Lynch and your firm on my side I gained the confidence I needed to realize that I was doing the right thing for myself and my children & also the strength to stand up for myself and fight for what I felt was a fair solution. I wouldn’t be at the point I am today without your help. Thank you again for everything you all did for me so I can get on with the next chapter of my life.”
“I appreciate the prompt and professional manner in which you and your associates handled this matter on my behalf. I am certain that your thorough preparation of the interrogatories convinced my former spouse and her friend that they would encounter serious difficulties if they chose to contest our motion in court. I believe that the interrogatories combined with the subpoenas brought them to heel to a quick resolution in my favor, saving additional court costs. I would recommend you and your firm to any colleague or friend seeking legal representation in the Tidewater area…Again, my sincere thanks for lifting a significant financial burden from my shoulders.”
